We continue to learn how to master the mind in the moment. We have been through some examples of taking a negative emotion and redirecting our mind to a better feeling place. The more you intend to find something in each moment to feel good about the more life will bring you amazing results. When that intention is derailed and you will know by the fact that you aren’t feeling wonderful in this moment, you have many tools to move you to a better feeling place and soon you will find a wonderful feeling place easy to create.
I will refer you to the November 16th post especially and the ones following help give examples of walking your mind from a negative feeling back to feeling pretty darn good. It just takes thought so no work involved, just a willingness to want to remember your magnificence and flow into your dream life. It is definitely and easily meant to happen, just say yes.
